CUSTOMER AGREEMENT 

NO CONFETTI OR PAPER DECORATIONS ARE ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE (The paper bleeds when it gets wet causing staining in the seats and floor) NO SMOKING OTHER THAN ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES THAT DO NOT LEAVE A SMELL.VIOLATION OF THE NO SMOKING RULE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE AND RENTAL WILL CEASE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND. 
 
Renter must be present with credit card & ID at pickup. Carbon copy of credit card will be made for past deposits, damages, overages, downtime (daily rate $500) caused by damages and extra cleanup fee's (Vomit clean up fee's start at $200 and up) Renter gives Johnson & Johnson Limousine Service LLC the right to charge credit card ending in # ________. By signing this you agree to all the terms listed on our website.​ Florida law does not allow us to supply you with alcohol, no underage drinking allowed and renter takes full responsibility for their party. Driver reserves the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe at any time or in any location.​ Johnson & Johnson Limousine Service LLC is not responsible for injuries sustained from the following: Standing in the bus,Stripper Pole use (250 lbs. max), entering and exiting the vehicles.  Johnson Limousine Service LLC is not responsible for items left in the vehicles or monetary losses in connection with rentals. ln the event of lateness due to traffic or slight delays we will extend your rental for the time lost.  ln some instances, we do marketing for other companies vehicles for a commission based non-refundable fee. We are an independent company from these other companies. By agreeing to our terms listed on here & our websites you agree that Johnson Limousine Service LLC is not responsible and is not to be named in any form of court proceedings for these company's terms, actions, policies and alike. Both parties agree to settle all disputes in Volusia County Florida Clerk of Courts with the losing party paying all the winning party's attorney/court costs associated with the court case. 

Charges

A deposit of 50% of the cost will be due to confirm/hold the reservation.  This deposit is non-refundable.  The excursion and event fee balance is due 5 days prior to the excursion date. Any additional fees or charges stemming from excursions will be billed accordingly.

Cancellations and refusal of service

A patron who refuses service or who does not appear at the designated point of pick up will incur the full rate of service expected. A trip cancelled by the patron or a third party on his behalf after the vehicle has been dispatched will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 in accordance with the service to be rendered. All cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the actual reservation date or a cancellation fee will be charged to the client. In the event of cancellation, this fee will automatically apply to reservations made within 5 days or less of the scheduled service.

Refund of deposit

A refund of 50% of funds deposited shall be made if cancellation of services is made at least 5 days prior to the date of scheduled service. No refund shall be made if cancellation of service occurs within 5 days of expected service. This includes reservations made within 60 days or less of expected service.

Liability for delays

The carrier shall not be held liable for delays caused by an Act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, hazards of danger due to a state of war (declared or undeclared), accidents, breakdown, hazardous weather conditions, and other conditions beyond the control of the carrier. The carrier does not guarantee to endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its agent or employee. The carrier is not to be held liable in any way for a failure to maintain its schedule.

Objectionable persons

The carrier reserves the right to refuse transport or to discontinue transport of any person who, in the carrier's judgment, is incapable of taking care of himself or herself or whose conduct is such as to make him or her objectionable to or a danger to other persons, the driver, or the vehicle.

Damage to the vehicle

The actual cost of repairs for any damages done to the vehicle's interior or exterior by a party is to be paid by the party chartering the vehicle.

Baggage

Baggage will not be checked. Personal baggage and other paraphernalia necessary for the purpose of the trip will be limited to the capacity of the vehicle and will be transported in the custody of the passenger at no additional charge. Johnson & Johnson Limousine Services is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

Returned checks

There will be a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.
